1947 Company founded for the production of tobacco flavors.
1948 Acquisition of Maeno Factory (later renamed as Maeno Works).
1952 Started production of Glycine, Isoniazid, Nicotinicacid.
1956 Started operation at the Hasune Factory (now the Tokyo Research Laboratory).
1960 Started production of 2-vinyl pyridine.
1961 Head office moved to Kyobashi, Cyuo-ku. Production of Glycine and β-Alanin started by new process.
1962 Company name changed to Yuki Gosei Kogyo Co.,Ltd. Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange 2nd Section.
1963 Started production of Triacetin.
1964 Established Joban Factory.
1972 Inauguration of Tokyo Research Laboratory.
1977 Started production of 3-amino pyridine.
1978 Started production of DNA.
1984 New multi-purpose plant at Joban Factory built.
1986 Started production of 4-aminopyridine.
1990 New refinery plant for pharmaceutical intermediates built at Joban Factory; Capital increased to 2,550million yen.
1991 Head office moved to Hirakawa-cho, Cyiyoda-ku.
1992 Multi-purpose small scale plant built at Joban Factory.
1995 Head office moved to Nihonnbashi-Ningyocho, Chuo-ku; Process Development facilities completed at Joban Factory.
1996 ISO (international Organization for Standardization) 9002 certified on Joban Factory.
Production plant of Grignard and silicon compounds built.
Capital increased to 3,471 million yen.
1998 New production plant for clinical supplies built at Joban Factory.
1999 ISO 14001 certified on Joban Factory.
2004 Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange 1st Section.
2006 Dusseldorf Office & YGK USA INC. (Princeton,NJ) established.
New cyanopyridine plant (CP-Ⅲ) built at Joban Factory.
2007 LNG boiler plant built at Joban Factory.
